BoB is your analyst. It has read every call, ticket and doc in your workspace.
Open BoB, then New Chat, and ask a question in plain words. What are the top customer pain points this month?
BoB searches your signals and calls, then answers with the themes and how many customers raised each one.
Every claim links to its source. Hover a source, and you see the exact quote from the call.
To focus on specific calls, click the plus, pick them from your library, and click Add to chat.
Then ask about only those calls. What did these customers say about exports?
If the answer needs more than what you attached, click Search all calls, and BoB widens the search.
Advanced mode does the research and uses credits. Basic mode is faster for simple questions and costs nothing.
