You can now choose who can ask BoB in a meeting, and which data it can use.

Open Settings, then AI Assistant. Under Respond in meeting, set separate defaults for internal, external and ad hoc calls.

Data access starts with This call only. Workspace-shared data includes shared calls, documents and knowledge. Private records stay out of spoken answers.

Who can ask has two choices. Anyone on this call accepts voice and meeting chat. Workspace users in BuildBetter requires a signed-in account and turns those channels off.

Personal questions in app lets signed-in users opt into their own accessible data for each question. Personal answers stay inside BuildBetter.

In Upcoming Calls, open a meeting. BoB on call overrides the default for that event. Turning BoB off does not turn recording off.

On an active call, Ask BoB as yourself uses your signed-in account. Ask privately keeps the answer out of meeting audio and chat.

Next up, control who can see a knowledge page and whether agents can trust it.
