Transcript

Gavin at Hooli asked for Okta single sign-on two months ago. Your team shipped it, and BuildBetter drafted this email to tell him, with what he asked for and what you shipped.

Close the Loop matches every release to the customers who asked for it, and writes the follow-up for you.

In Success, open Engage, then Close the Loop.

The first time, open Settings and add where you announce releases, like your changelog's RSS feed or a GitHub repository.

Back on Overview, the Ready list shows every customer whose request has shipped. Hooli is at the top.

Click Hooli. Both of Gavin's requests are here, each one matched to the release that shipped it.

Leave them both selected, and click Generate email.

Read the draft and edit the subject or the body. Then send it with Gmail, or copy it and send it yourself.

Once it's sent, those requests move to Closed, so nobody hears about the same release twice.

Next up, build an AI customer health score.
