Transcript

Convert ranks your trials by how likely they are to buy, and tells you what to do next.

In Success, open Health, then Convert. The top row counts active trials, the likely ones, and the trials ending this week.

Each trial gets a score out of a hundred, with High, Medium or Low beside it. Usage shows how many invited people are active.

Trial shows the days left. Next action is the move to make, like Send the conversion offer.

Click a trial to see why it scored that way. Score factors add points for usage and a near end date.

Low scores explain themselves too. One active seat and no valuable actions mean you should help them activate.

To choose what counts as a trial, open Settings. Check the Salesbricks order types or Stripe statuses your team uses.

If you name trials instead, add Trial name patterns, like POC or Pilot, one per line. Changes save on their own.

Next up, Revenue.
