You can now track customer commitments, assign follow-ups, and carry the context into an account handoff.

Open Inbox, then Tasks. Open tasks show the work that still needs a response. Each row links the commitment to its customer.

Choose Task board for the full queue. Use All assignees and All sources to narrow the list. Overdue and High priority show where to focus.

Open a task. Set its due date, priority and assignee here. Task assignment is separate from the account owner, so confirm who owns the next step.

CRM task sync keeps connected copies aligned with status, due date and assignment. BuildBetter remains the canonical task. Review the destination before publishing.

Under Follow-up details, Draft follow-up pulls the account context together. Generate draft uses one hundred and twenty credits. Review the draft and the latest reply before Send email.

For a handoff, open Lifecycles. On the Onboarding board, Ready means the account passes the configured gates. Bring the task, assignee and linked evidence into the next call.

Next up, people and company pages.
