You can now define a customer journey, connect product usage to accounts, and set the evidence for a successful handoff.
In Lifecycle settings, start from a template, choose Accounts or People, and name the lifecycle. Create draft keeps it separate from the live board.
In the editor, give each stage a name and purpose. Set an initial stage, and choose what happens on entry. You can reorder stages without losing account history.
Review enrollment, exit, and assignment under Advanced policy settings. Account owners and lifecycle assignees remain separate. Published policies govern automatic behavior.
Check the live revision and draft numbers. Save draft keeps edits out of the live board. Publish when the definition is ready.
Product identity matches analytics people and groups to your Companies and People. Configure the CRM identifier, group ID, company domain, and person email. Preview matches before publishing.
In Onboarding readiness, review Data sources. Under Product activity, choose the analytics connection and the events that prove value in your product.
Readiness gates combine an active contract, active users, health, and recent activity. Accounts must pass every enabled gate to enter Ready. Review the definition before saving.
For customer pages, open Sharing. Invited customers only also allows approved email domains. Enter the exact domain. Domain viewers can read, while completing steps still needs an invitation. Publish changes when the access rules are ready.
