Your portal gives customers one place to share ideas, vote, follow your roadmap, and read what you shipped.
In Build, open Portal, then Boards. Each board is a page where customers post and vote.
Click Create board, and pick a template. Feature Requests fills in the name, slug and description.
Under Visibility, choose who sees it. Public, unlisted, verified customers, or admins only. Then click Create board.
Open a board to see every request, ranked by votes. Click Copy public link, and share it with customers.
This is what they see. They post ideas, and vote for the ones they want most.
Open Roadmap. Requests sit in Planned, In Progress and Shipped. Drag a card to the next lane as the work moves.
When it ships, open Changelog and click New entry. Write the release notes, pick the changelog, and tick the requests it closes.
Save a draft, schedule it, or publish it now. Customers read it on your changelog, and can subscribe by email.
