You can now give your customer portal your brand, choose participation rules and review content before it becomes public.
In Build, open Portal settings. Branding brings the theme, logo, favicon and colors into one place.
Choose Light, Dark or System for the theme. Logo URL and Favicon URL identify your brand. Brand color sets the accent. Background color applies to light mode.
Community controls anonymous submissions and voting. Decide how customers can participate, then review the choices for your audience.
Open lets posts appear immediately. Moderated holds new posts and comments for review. Default board visibility starts from Public, Unlisted or Private.
Portal address gives customers a place to go. In production, a label such as Acme gives you acme.buildbetter.ai. Share the configured portal link with your customers.
Review your choices before Save settings. This applies your branding and participation rules to the portal. Check the public portal after saving.
Open Moderation queue for posts and comments waiting for approval. Nothing waiting for review means there is no pending content to act on.
In this example queue, read the content and submitter before acting. Approve publishes the item. Reject keeps it out. Spam marks unwanted content. Review comments the same way.
