Transcript

The meeting bot is the part of BuildBetter your customers see, so set it up the way you want it to show up.

Open Settings, then Meeting Recorder. Personal recorder covers the meetings you host. Give the bot a name, and turn on Auto-record ad-hoc meetings to catch calls that aren't on your calendar.

Choose who sees new recordings by default. Workspace means your whole team. Participants means only the people who were on the call.

Pre-consent email asks attendees for consent a day before a meeting you organize.

Admins set the defaults for everyone under Organization recorder. Pick the bot's name and the image it shows while it records.

Choose how the recording looks. Gallery records everyone in a grid. Speaker records whoever is talking.

Decide whether external attendees get a summary by email. Then turn on Send recording consent in chat, and the bot posts a note telling everyone the call is recorded.

BoB can also answer questions live in a meeting. In AI Assistant, under Respond in meeting, choose which calls it joins and the phrase that wakes it up.

Next up, other ways to record.
