Slack Integration
Connect BuildBetter with Slack to share call summaries and create signals from customer conversations

Transcript

You can now bring a public Slack channel's earlier messages and threads into BuildBetter.

In Settings, open Integrations, then Slack and Manage public channels. An organization admin manages this setup.

Check the connected workspace. Search channel name, then select the public channels you want to import.

Under Signal import, choose Every 24 hours to import complete Slack conversations daily.

Turn on Backfill all available history for the selected channels. This requests their earlier messages and threads.

History keeps the original Slack timestamps. Retention and app permissions limit what is available. Large channels take longer and use more credits.

Review the selected channels and import options. Add selected channels starts setup. History backfill is a one-time request.
