You can now shape the product areas your signals sort into, and review changes before they reach your taxonomy.
Open Settings, then AI Labeling and Taxonomy. The manager shows the hierarchy, its levels, and the items inside it.
Read the four levels from broad to specific. Domain contains Product, Product contains Feature, and Feature contains Tag. The tree keeps that structure visible.
Open Edit on an item. Give it a clear Name and Description. Preview changes when the wording matches the area your team means.
For automatically labeled items, Labeling instructions tell AI when a label fits. Product, Feature, and Tag can be automatically labeled. Keep the guidance specific to the area.
Use the move handle to choose a new parent. Check the destination and preview the move before confirming it. Moving an item changes where it sits in the tree.
Use Review taxonomy to check the structure against recurring feedback. Add a focus area, then start the review. Read the proposed changes before you apply them.
Next up, give BuildBetter more context about your business.
