Start with research. Ask Claude what customers said about SSO this quarter. It calls search signals, and groups what it finds into themes.
Every theme links back to the calls and tickets behind it, so you can check the exact words.
Writing a PRD? Ask for customer quotes on bulk export. Claude reads the transcripts and returns each quote word for word, with the speaker and the call.
Before a meeting, ask ChatGPT to prep you for tomorrow's call with Globex. It finds the meeting, then builds a brief with open issues, recent asks and who's attending.
After the call, ask for a follow-up email. ChatGPT reads the transcript, lists what you agreed, and drafts it for you to review and send.
