Call types label every call by the kind of conversation it was, and decide who can read each kind.

Open Settings, then AI Labeling. Under Labeling tools, click Call Types.

Every call is internal or external. BuildBetter decides from who attended. You choose who can read each one, like participants only.

Under Your call types, Smart types label calls on their own. Sales is kept current daily. Manual types wait for someone to pick them.

To add one, click Add call type, and start from a template, like One-on-One.

Describe the calls in your own words. Conditions are what BuildBetter matches on. Here, an internal, recurring call with two people. Change the description and click Write conditions to redo them.

One-on-ones are personal, so visibility starts at participants only. New calls of this type stay with the people on them.

Click Preview matches to see which calls it would label. Then create it, and label the calls you already have.

Next up, teach the transcriber your words.
