You can fix who said what on any call, and teach BuildBetter the words it gets wrong.
When BuildBetter can't tell who's talking, the call gets an Unknown Speakers tab. Click Assign Speaker, and pick the person.
Future Smart Labeling asks if that meeting name always means this person. Say yes, and future calls label them for you.
In the Transcript, an unlabeled line shows Assign. A labeled line shows Re-Assign when you hover it.
Pick the right person. Then choose This section only, or every section from that speaker.
A question mark means the match is uncertain. Click it, then Confirm, or Re-Assign.
To fix a misheard word, hover the line and click Edit Text. Correct it, then click Save changes.
When you change one word, BuildBetter offers to add it to your dictionary, so future transcripts get it right.
