You can now turn customer calls into a highlight reel, and share it with your team.
Ask BoB for a reel in plain words. It finds the moments, and hands back a playlist of clips.
Click Play reel. The clips play back to back, with the whole playlist on the right.
Nudge Start and End to trim a clip. Drag a clip by its handle to change the order.
To share it, click the share icon, then Link to Reel. Anyone on your team can watch it.
Download All saves the reel as one combined video, or as separate files.
In Stories, switch on Reel for the quotes you want, then click Reel under Artifacts. The story gets its own reel.
