You can now see how your Knowledge gets used, spot what needs fixing, and check that every source is still syncing.

Open Knowledge. The Map shows every page, document and signal cluster, grouped by topic.

Needs attention lists pages with blocking issues, failing answer tests, or changes waiting for review. Zeros mean every page is clear.

Usage ranks pages by how often people and agents pulled them in the last 30 days. Switch to Least used to find pages nobody reads.

Memories holds what BoB has learned while working with your team.

Your connected sources sit in the sidebar. Open one, and the line under its name shows when it last synced.

If a sync fails, the source says Sync needs attention. Click Sync to run it again.

The three dots open Source settings. You can also remove a source there.

Documents by source lists everything your sources brought in. To add one, click Import documents, then Connected sources.

Next up, find the docs that are out of date.
