You can clear everything that needs your decision from one list, and send each item to the project it belongs to.
In Build, open Inbox. Needs you shows what's waiting on you. Everything shows the whole workspace, and Tasks shows your follow-ups.
Filter by kind, like Signal or Decision. Items are grouped by the rule that sent them here, and Edit rule changes it.
Click an item to open it. You see the account and its ARR, which call it came from, and why it landed in your Inbox.
Make a task turns it into a follow-up. Snooze hides it until later.
Route sends it to a project. Pick an existing project to attach it, or name a new project and click Create.
Done with it? Click Dismiss and pick a reason, like Duplicate or Already handled.
