Transcript

You can track every project with the customer evidence behind it, from the first request to the pull request that ships it.

In Build, open Projects. Start from Favorites or Your latest projects. See all mine opens the work you own.

Choose All projects for your team's work. ARR, Signals, PRs and Blockers total the list. Switch to Kanban to see each project by stage.

For a status update, ask BoB in the Projects bar. Include the scope and time window you need. Review the answer before you share it.

To dig into one project, search for it and open it. Status, owner, priority and initiative sit at the top.

Open Evidence. You see how much ARR is asking for this work, how many customers, and every signal, call and pull request behind it.

Click Signals to read each request. Click a customer, like Globex, to see only what they asked for.

Click PRs to see the pull requests doing the work, and where each one stands.

Open Product context. Add analytics links a saved chart or query. Add product context attaches screens, user sessions, and flows.

Next up, triage what needs you in the Inbox.
