Most teams run this every week. Take the signals behind a feature, and turn them into a draft PRD.
Start in Signals and click Filter. Pick Types, then Feature Request.
Click Filter again for the product area. Pick Topics, type a few letters, choose reporting, and click Apply.
Then add Date. Set it to After or on, open Timeframe, and pick Last quarter. That covers the last ninety days.
Select the signals. Tick the box at the top, then click Select everything to take the whole result.
Click Generate, then Generate Document, and pick a template, like the PRD.

Give it a title and a focus.
Generation Style decides how it reads. Focused Analysis takes everything in one pass, best under a hundred signals. Theme Discovery finds patterns across bigger sets, so keep it for these hundred and eighteen.
Data Format decides what it reads. Starting from signals, it uses Key Insights, the signals you picked. Full Context reads whole transcripts instead.
Visibility decides who sees it. Workspace means anyone in your organization. Private means only you. Then click Create Document.
BuildBetter writes the draft from those signals, and every point links back to the customer who said it.
Click Edit in Knowledge to change it, or copy the link and share it with your team.
