Documents turn your calls into the write-ups your team already makes. Account briefs, research summaries, PRDs.
Open Knowledge, click the plus next to Pages, then Generate Page.
Pick a template, like Customer Call Analysis.
Choose the recordings it should read. Here, three calls with Globex.
Then describe what you need. Give it a title and a focus, keep Key Insights, and share it with your workspace.
Click Create Document, and BuildBetter writes it with sources.
If your team has its own format, make a template once. In Settings, open Documents and click New template.
Name it, then paste in any example you already have. It doesn't need a set format. A loose note like, I care about pricing, timelines, and who signs, works too.
Click Submit, and it's in the template list for everyone.
Finished documents live in Knowledge. Push one to Notion from Document actions, or copy the link to share it.
