You can now build step workflows that run when a call ends, a signal appears, or a deal changes stage.

Open Workflows and New Workflow. Choose New Step Workflow for fixed steps, or New Agent Loop for recurring BoB work. For this example, open Start from a template, Workflow Templates, and Product insights. Pick Top Customer Issues.

The canvas shows every step, from the trigger at the top to the action at the bottom.

Click any block to change it. Here, you rename the Slack step and pick the channel it posts to.

To get it every morning, click the Schedule trigger. Set Frequency to Every day and Time to 8:00 AM, and it runs on its own once it's on.

Or choose New Step Workflow. Click the plus and pick a trigger, like Call Completed. The plus under each block adds data, logic and actions.

You can also describe the workflow to the chat agent. When a call with an external customer ends, post the feature requests to #product. The agent builds the blocks, and you can adjust each one.

Before it runs, click Preview run. It uses real data, but sends nothing and changes nothing.

When it looks right, click Save changes, then switch it to Enabled.

Next up, scheduled reports.
